1. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify product availability and pricing without prior notice. Images are for illustration purposes only; product appearance may vary slightly.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Important: During peak periods, promotional events, or times of high demand, delivery may take longer than the standard estimate. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays. AdorUrPets is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Free shipping is provided on all orders — no minimum spend required.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopen, and in their original condition and packaging
• You must contact us at support@adorurpets.com before sending any return

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the quality and condition of the returned product. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria.

5. Third-Party Suppliers

AdorUrPets sources products through third-party manufacturers and fulfils orders via third-party logistics partners. Your order information (name, address, contact details) is shared with these partners solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.

6. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on adorurpets.com, including logos, images, and text, is the property of AdorUrPets and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
