Free Shipping

AdorUrPets offers free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and current shipping network conditions.

High Demand & Delays

Please note: During periods of high demand, promotional events, or peak seasons, delivery times may exceed the standard estimate. Supply chain conditions and manufacturing lead times can also occasionally affect dispatch. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any known delays by email as quickly as possible.

AdorUrPets is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or high order volumes).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, and United States. International delivery times may vary and are subject to customs clearance procedures.
